Just checking in!

So how is everyone feeling? Has anyone picked a specific diet plan to adhere to, or is everyone just trying to eat healthier?

  1. I'm on my old standby - Weight Watchers. They just redid the whole program and now points are based on carbs, protein, fat and fiber. Carbs have become my mortal enemy!
